Additional evening and weekend IT support for Teesside University Staff and Students

If you need help outside of normal working hours you can contact the Out of Hours service desk. The service is available:

• Monday to Friday: 17:00 until 08:00
• Weekends, Bank Holidays and over the Xmas period:  24​​ Hours

 The out of hours IT helpline will help with the following problems:

• Login problems​
• Email problems
• Blackboard problems
• E-vision problems
• Email & home space quotas
• Hardware & software fault reporting
