You can unlock your account using the self service system at https://url.tees.ac.uk/15. You must have registered your security details in advance to use this service, otherwise please contact the IT Service Desk.
Type in your Student email address (username@live.tees.ac.uk), type in your University Password and click the Sign In button.
Type in your Staff email address (yourname@tees.ac.uk), type in your University Password and click the Sign In button.
Type in your Associate email address (UserID@tees.ac.uk), type in your University Password and click the Sign In button.
